Why is there an application process?

Our original Founding Members of Justice HQ were hand-selected by the co-founders for their ethics, reputation, dedication to the betterment of the industry, and their collaborative spirit. Every single member of Justice HQ outside of our Founding Members have had to apply and go through a vetting process with the community. As our community of plaintiff attorneys grows across the United States, our application process looks for individuals who exhibit certain qualities and those who commit to an elevated standard for their clients.

The end result? An intensely supportive community who will lift each other up and make the practice of law, simply put, better. We encourage you to apply if that sounds like something you’d like to build with us.

Is this only for solo attorneys?

Any plaintiff attorney can apply to Justice HQ! While we have plenty of solos in the community, we also have firm founders and associate attorneys from small to large practices.

Can my entire firm apply for a membership?

Currently,  Justice HQ memberships are for individuals. The team is working on a firm-based membership option that will launch soon. If you’re interested in joining as a firm, contact [email protected] to be in the loop when these plans launch!

What are the term requirements for a membership?

We offer 6-month and 12-month term options on both the Collab and Cultivate plans.

I have a big case that I need help with; how soon can I join the community to collaborate?

Up until recently, members could only join on the first of the month. Our applications are now on a rolling cycle! You may be invited to join as soon as 5-7 business days following your application submission pending there are no issues upon review.

Am I guaranteed case referrals with my membership?

If you are only interested in cases, Justice HQ may not be for you. We encourage you to check out our sister product, Attorney Share.  Justice HQ members receive special perks and discounts on the Attorney Share platform, but cases are not guaranteed through a Justice HQ membership.
