FOUNDERS

Robert Simon
Robert T. Simon is a trial lawyer, an entrepreneur and the resident mentor at Justice HQ. He founded Simon Law Group with his twin brother (aka former wombmate) Brad Simon; then, launched Justice HQ to snap the industry out of its unadventurous funk and bring a more collaborative spirit to the table.
He has received numerous awards, he is an avid keynote speaker and he is published in trial lawyer magazines. But the roles Robert truly conquer are dad and husband. He built an impressive, influential career without missing a beat at home and he encourages his colleagues to find that same balance.

Brad Simon
When it comes to keeping Justice HQ running smoothly and consummately ahead of the curve, co-founder Brad M. Simon is who you turn to. He, along with his older brother (by 6 minutes) Robert, noticed a dearth of adequate tech within the industry and made that one of Justice HQ’s prominent features.
Brad attended George Washington University. After graduating with honors, he practiced law at two firms with a focus on finance and real estate. His exceptional writing skills quickly earned him the reputation as a top-notch litigator who rarely loses a motion.

Teresa Diep
Teresa Diep was born in Vietnam and raised in Los Angeles, CA. As a co-founder of Justice HQ, she brings a career steeped in business development and an eye for elevated style to the team.
Prior to Justice HQ, she played an integral role in growing The Simon Law Group brand. She launched the Justice Team Podcast, produced all digital content and creatively headed the annual Law Di Gras conference. Teresa also spent many years as an accomplished event planner, conceptualizing and designing large upscale affairs for clients like Fox Studios, James Cameron, NASA, and many more.

R.J. Gossett
Director of Operations
Originally from Clarksville, Tennessee, R.J. Gossett is a graduate of Austin Peay State University with an MS in Corporate Communication and Business Leadership. He joined Justice HQ after managing implementation and onboarding for an Austin-based self storage technology company.
A self-identified nerd, R.J. also finds time to host local pub quizzes and would much rather spend a Friday night at home with a good board game. To him, Manchester is blue and professional wrestling is still real.
OPERATIONS
Isabel Dann
Community Manager
Hailing from the Washington, DC area, Isabel attended the University of Texas at Austin where she studied French and Art History. Before trading Austin for LA, she worked at various start-ups in sales and operational roles. Most recently, she and RJ worked together at a self storage technology company.
If you can point Isabel in the direction of a great bowl of ramen or funky vintage furniture store, you'll win her over!
