Our own experiences with the traditional law firm model have led us to break down barriers and create opportunities for the next generation of consumer advocate attorneys across the country. FOUNDERS

Robert Simon

Robert T. Simon is trial lawyer and entrepreneur. He founded Simon Law Group with his brother Brad Simon in 2009, a firm well respected by its peers.

Robert has received numerous awards including 2015 Trial Lawyer of the Year in San Diego, 2014 Los Angeles Top Trial Lawyer under 40, 2018 Daily Journal Top 40 under 40, and more. He is an avid keynote speaker and is frequently published in various trail lawyer magazines. Since 2012, Robert has tried over 30 cases to verdict as lead, winning them all, with verdicts totaling over 100M.

Brad Simon

Brad M. Simon was born and raised in Pittsburg, PA and attended George Washington University, during which he worked as a law clerk at Steptoe & Johnson, LLP in their white-collar crimes division, and contributed as a political cartoonist for GW's student newspaper.

Brad graduated with honors and has since worked at two law firms, with a focus on finance and real estate. With exceptional writing skills, Brad quickly earned a reputation as a top-notch litigator that rarely loses a motion.

Teresa Diep

Teresa Diep was born in Vietnam and raised in Los Angeles, CA. The struggles of her immigrant family forged a fierce blue-collar work ethic as well as a compassion for the less fortunate.

Prior to Justice HQ, she played an integral role in growing The Simon Law Group brand. She launched the Justice Team Podcast, produced all digital content, and creatively managed the annual Law Di Gras conference. Teresa also has experience in business development and event planning, working with high profile clients like Fox Studios, James Cameron, and many more.

THE TEAM

Julie Gossett is a University of California, San Diego graduate with a Constitutional Law and Business background. She obtained a Certificate in Accounting from the University of California, Berkeley and worked closely with non-profit organizations for the last seven years as an auditor and tax preparer.

Looking to work more with people and less with spreadsheets, she opened her own Creative Consulting business in 2019. She also owns and operates a home bakery in Austin, TX and frequently fosters orphaned puppies from local shelters.
Nicole Prince is a licensed Certified Public Accountant with an M.S. in Accountancy from George Washington University. She is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and has over fifteen years’ experience working with both small, local organizations and large, multi-national enterprises.

Nicole is well versed in tax compliance, auditing under US and international standards, financial planning and reporting, and assisting clients with IRS audits and other compliance reviews.
Gil is a hands-on technology leader with experience building teams and delivering critical business functionality at scale.

During two tenures as a startup CTO he contributed value in all stages of company building, from early-stage development, through multiple investment rounds, and a successful exit. He has served as an architect of ecommerce, SaaS, crowdsourcing, and payments platforms. He also has a background in embedded systems and earned an MS degree after completing his graduate work at UC San Diego.

Justice HQ spaces have been designed to be as dynamic as the members who work there. Each location features modern, comfortable common areas, as well as private offices and private phone booths, conference rooms, and mock courtrooms.
Members will also have access to onsite trial experts for collaboration and mentorship, onsite cafés with ready-made meals and refreshments, and administrative support.
