JHQ&A

Plaintiff, consumer-advocate attorneys who are actively in good standing with their state bar and who have been in practice for at least three years may apply for a membership. We do not allow non-attorneys or those with serious strikes against them on their state bar records to apply.

You do not have to reside in California – our memberships are open to all eligible attorneys residing in the United States.

We have solo attorneys, associate attorneys, and firm owners from small to large firms in Justice HQ! As long as you meet the minimum qualifying requirements, you’re welcome to apply and leverage benefits.

Justice HQ memberships are for individuals. Anyone from your firm can apply and go through the vetting process. Certain firm discounts may be available if multiple individuals from your firm are invited to join!

Due to the nature of our organization and the community we aim to build, not all individuals are invited to join following submission of an application. Any number of factors may contribute to the ultimate decision – including the information on your application itself, public marks on your State Bar records, industry reputation, work product, receiving a substantial number of objections from the community, not respecting the process or community of peers while in review, and whether or not we have reached capacity for the plan type/region you have selected.
