You do not have to reside in California – our memberships are open to all eligible attorneys residing in the United States.

We’re working on it! Join our waitlist, and we’ll reach out when we’re ready to launch new membership plans in 2024.

It is not! Any eligible and approved attorney can join Justice HQ.

As of July 2022, and excluding individuals from our Premier Member Firms, 41% of our membership consists of solo attorneys, while 59% of our membership consists of individuals from small to large firms.

Justice HQ memberships are for individuals. However, if you would like your entire firm to leverage Justice HQ locations, a new membership plan will be available in 2024. Click here to join our waitlist.

Due to the nature of our organization and the community we aim to build, not all individuals are invited to join following submission of an application. Any number of factors may contribute to the ultimate decision – including the information on your application itself, public marks on your State Bar records, industry reputation, work product, not scheduling or conducting an interview with the Membership Committee, receiving a substantial number of objections from the community, not respecting the process or community of peers while in review, and whether or not we have reached capacity for the plan type/region you have selected..

Everyone uses their Justice HQ membership differently, and we’re happy to talk through any or all of the above.
