Who is eligible for a membership?
Plaintiff, consumer-advocate attorneys who are actively in good standing with their state bar and who have been in practice for at least three years may apply for a membership. We do not allow non-attorneys or those with serious strikes against them on their state bar records to apply.
You do not have to reside in California – our memberships are open to all eligible attorneys residing in the United States.
What are the term requirements?
All new members must commit to a six or twelve month term.
Does JHQ offer Virtual only Plans?
We’re working on it! Join our waitlist, and we’ll reach out when we’re ready to launch new membership plans in 2024.
is JHQ only for solo attorneys?
It is not! Any eligible and approved attorney can join Justice HQ.
As of July 2022, and excluding individuals from our Premier Member Firms, 41% of our membership consists of solo attorneys, while 59% of our membership consists of individuals from small to large firms.
Can my entire firm apply for a membership?
Justice HQ memberships are for individuals. However, if you would like your entire firm to leverage Justice HQ locations, a new membership plan will be available in 2024. Click here to join our waitlist.
