New Rules: Disclosures in Discovery

September 2023, California Governor Newsom signed into law Senate Bill (SB) No. 235, adding new rules for initial disclosures of information in discovery. The changes apply to civil actions filed on or after January 1, 2024, and remain in effect until January 1, 2027. This program will go over the changes and what attorneys need to know. Presented by Allison Melendez and Mikaela Pflueger; moderated by Kieran Doherty.
Per the California State Bar, Justice HQ is a Multiple Activity Provider (#19828) and may issue credits directly for attending live educational programs. Live attendees of this JHQ Program will be issued one (1) California general credit hour towards their MCLE.
