Small Group Workshop: Automize the Ops!

If you’re a solo looking to optimize your law firm operations, then this Small Group Workshop is for you. RJ Gossett, Director at Justice HQ, will lead a discussion with 5-7 members. Attendees of the Small Group Workshop will be asked to attend with both their video and audio on and be a part of the conversation. As the host, RJ will ask attendees to openly talk about their operational roadblocks and encourage the group to present solutions together.
In this workshop, we are likely to discuss:
- Administrative tasks taking up most of your time
- Time-saving tools and tips
- Creating Zapier “zaps”
Registration is required, capacity is limited to 7 attendees. To maximize the value for attendees, registrations will only be approved for solo attorneys. This is open to all JHQ members who meet the described qualifications, and the link to register can be found in the Member Portal.
